You have been invited to complete the ValCoRE™ assessment. This secure link is unique to you and has been issued by an approved ValCoRE™ facilitator.

ValCoRE™ is designed to explore how values, awareness, resilience and adaptive capacity interact under normal conditions and under pressure. The assessment does not measure worth, potential, intelligence or capability. It provides a structured reflection of current patterns, integration and development opportunity.
What to expect
The assessment includes a series of structured questions and response formats. Some questions allow only one answer. Others may ask you to select a specific number of responses or make a forced choice between options.

The system will guide you through each section and will not allow you to move forward until the required response criteria are met.

Please answer based on how you most commonly operate, not how you think you should respond.
Your results and report
Your responses will be used to generate a participant-specific ValCoRE™ report. The report is released to your facilitator after review and quality checking. Your facilitator may then use the report to support a coaching conversation, debrief, workshop or development process.

ValCoRE™ is a developmental assessment. It is not a psychological diagnosis, clinical tool, employment screening instrument or performance judgement.
